Shop Policies

Shipping
Handling times are 1-3 business days, this means it can take between 24 to 72 hours for the package to be dropped off with USPS. Business days are counting from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and federal Holidays.

All items are shipped via USPS by default, both domestic and to Canada.
Free US Shipping (for orders $50 and above) will default to First Class Package.

Orders outside of the US/CAN are currently not accepted at this shop. We will update accordingly when we open up for international shipping!
Our Etsy store does accept international orders; unfortunately, it will not have all of our listings here and that's not something that we can solve at this time.

Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-7 business days once I drop it off the package. International can take longer, usually 10-30 business days. These are in addition to the 1-3 handling period. If it has been over 7 business days for domestic or over 30 business days for international and your item has not arrived, please make sure to check your tracking number and to contact your local post office first. If you are international, please make sure to use your tracking number on your local postal website first as well.


Lost/Missing Packages:
This shop is not responsible for packages lost or missing in the mail. However I will do what I can to help you locate it. Shop must also be contacted within 3 months of order shipment.

Cancellations:
Requests for cancellations may only be made before the item is shipped. 


Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refund or exchanges, so please consider carefully before committing to buy! Only exception we make is if there was a mistake made on our part or if the item was defective, but feel free to contact us for any questions


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case of any damages or issues, please contact us (using the Contact Form) with an explanation of the issue and when we respond to the inquiry, you must provide a PHOTO of the issue.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Depending on the damage/issue presented, we will either grant a full or partial refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Late/Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the Contact Form.
